As thanksgiving draws near and I reflect on the past 6 months, I wanted to let you know how thankful we are to you for the help and service you provided in selling our parent's home.We were so impressed upon meeting you. You were professional and organized and came fully prepared with comps and information on the area and current market. You spent time explaining the required forms and other details that are specific to buying and selling real estate in Nevada, Las Vegas and Sun City. You graciously and willingly met us the next morning at 6:30 a.m. to sign the contracts before we had to fly home. We appreciate the regular updates as the home was shown and as you scheduled the photographer, the plumber to verify the plumbing, the appraiser, and the home inspector. Beyond all that, you felt personal responsibility. You kept an eye on the house as you knew we were out of state and that we had a cat with a cat sitter still in the house. Thank you for going above and beyond with Pretty Boy the cat! Thank you too, for giving us suggestions/contacts on selling the contents of the house. Again, living on the East Coast and having to make those decisions would have been much more difficult without your insight as to the Las Vegas market.
